Quality over quantity (every time) We won’t spam you with volumes of CV’s, but when we do introduce someone, you’ll want to snap them up before anybody else gets chance!

Communication
We’ll build a meaningful business relationship and always keep you in the loop when necessary, but we won’t pester you for small talk to boost our call times.
Value
In such a competitive and candidate short market, we don’t negotiate on our fees. Why? Because we don’t believe hiring decisions should be based on price and we simply haven’t needed to.
